Thank you for purchasing our bath and body products. We are excited to have you as our customer. The following are a few of our policies to make sure that everybody understands how we do business.
PAYMENT: We use PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard for all of our internet transactions.
PRIVACY: Information provided to us by our customers will always be kept confidential. We will never sell your information to any other organization. We do keep your email address for sending you information about Nau Soap Haus. You always have the option to unsubscribe from our email list at any time.
ARTISTIC LICENSE: Since our products are all handmade, no two bars of soaps will look exactly the same. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.
SHIPPING: We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. All shipping charges are calculated for U.S. addresses only. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days from the time we ship. We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a particular product, we will email you to ask if you are interested in an alternative product.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order or you feel like a mistake was made, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system, both by a computer error or human error.
ALLERGIES: We have diligently described and itemized the ingredients in our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and determine that he/she is not allergic to any of the ingredients before purchasing. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it.
